点评:Due to unforseen electric cable issue tram from Helensvale to University Hospital was inoperable, so buses were replacement. Sadly to say it was not the inconvenience that was the problem however the G:link staff & lack of that was the problem. Staff @ H/vale sent more than 50 passengers to wrong side to pick up replacement bus. Then on return tram arrived @ Uni hospital were two staff entered tram saying" last stop you need to disembark" hence by end carriage most passengers standing on platform & one woman asked so how do I get to Parkwood? Then said oh go upstairs & there will be busses. More than 28mins waiting for a Replacement bus & still not arriving meanwhile more than 400 passengers waiting. To add more staff Steven proceeded half way along que to inform something then suddenly as we were 6&7th in que a mass merge came forward and then it was a push fight. G:link staff were totally out of any control not even knowing when bus was coming. Poor, poor management from G:link when you knew of the issue from morning & not have a grasp on it as day went on. The fact the issue happen is understandable however G:links control lacks luster.
