点评:I needed to get from KLIA1 to KLIA2, so I bought a ticket for the express heading to KLIA2 for 2 MYR. Entered the concourse and saw one train platform (transit) with arrows on it pointing to KL Sentral, and another train (express) with arrows pointing to KLIA2, that was about to leave. Jumped on, and it proceeded to head in the opposite direction to the arrows, ie I was stuck on board for the next 35 mins until KL Sentral. I'm lucky my flight didn't leave for a few hours!
Upon getting off at KL Sentral, I explained my honest mistake, and asked for help. They told me to pay 100 MYR for a "round trip" ticket back. I said that's ridiculous, and was then told that my only other option was to pay 110 MYR instead (55 for the train I was just stuck on, plus 55 for a train back).
They understood my situation perfectly, and I get the sense they see this all the time. What a nice little money maker for them. I gave the guy 100 MYR and will never book a flight through KLIA2 again.
