Fantastic experience - So much fun!!
Glacier Journey的点评
点评：We were looking for an activity for our 1 full day in the Jokulsarlon area, after seeing a lot of major sights along Rt 1.
I am so happy we found this snowmobile excursion onto the glacier!!
Husband, q5 yr old daughter and I all thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of riding up the mountain in a jeep and then snowmobiling at about 1500 meters, on the glacier.
We didnt have good visibility but it was still a blast to be on the glacier, drive the snowmobiles and hear lots of interesting facts and history about the glacier and the area along the way!
Our guides were terrific!! Unfortunately I cannot remember how to spell our Icelandic guide's name...lots of vowels...but we felt very comfortable with him driving us about 40 minutes up the mountain and back!
Mike was very friendly, engaging and informative and entertained our many, many questions while waiting to start the tour and throughout the 3 hr excursion. We also felt very welcome and as though this group sincerely appreciated our interest and business. Their enthusiasm and appreciation for this beautiful area added to our appreciation of the natural beauty all around us!!
