Deposit scam upon return - watch out for microscopic "damage"!

点评：We rented a Cap Camarat 7.5 WA for a family day trip with a baby. While the boat itself was in good condition, the return process completely ruined our experience. As soon as we arrived at the gas station, the owner immediately started looking for excuses to keep a part of our 1000 € deposit.He pointed out a microscopic scratch on the side plastic window and "sand-sized pebbles" on the deck where people walk, claiming this was "fresh damage" from today. We never even approached the shore with the sides of the boat. In the end, he kept 150 € from our deposit for absolutely no valid reason.This seems to be a well-rehearsed scam to extract extra tax-free cash from tired families at 7 PM when they just want to go back to their kids. If you decide to rent from this agency, you MUST take a 4K video of every single millimeter of the boat before leaving the pier, otherwise, they will find a way to steal your deposit. Better yet, find a more honest rental agency in Biograd.
