点评：Although I paid for a 50 minute facial, what I got was probably about 45 minutes at best. And I would not consider it a facial. I got a cleansing of my face, but there was no steam. There was no exfoliation. There was no extractions. What there was was a phenomenal head massage, hand and arm, and leg and foot massage which was very nice because she gave probably the world‘s best massage. However, it was not a facial, which is what I was expecting and I sat with an LED light over my face for 15 minutes of that 45 minutes so essentially the service I got was only like 30 minutes. The worst part is that they allow phones. So when you’re sitting before your treatment and after your treatment, relaxing, there are people on their phones. There was zero spa etiquette, and there was no spa etiquette enforced. I would definitely not be back… if you wanna go with a group and have a social spa experience, maybe you would like it, but if you’re looking to chill out relaxing and unwind, this is definitely not the spa for you. Staff was very nice. Products good. But outdated and dingy and a little dirty in locker rooms.
