点评：We had a wonderful experince with Carola at Perez Cruz. The building is an architectural masterpiece and worth the visit by itself. It's the shape of a barrel with lovely wood to enhance this appearance.
Carola took us through the wine making process by walking through the building to discuss the various stages and how Perez Cruz achieves their great results.
We were lucky enough to have a quick chat with the head wine maker who was tasting (with his team) the new wines to be bottled the following week.
We opted for the Icons tasting which is their top wines. I should note we are Australians. The Syrah was lovely, and we enjoyed the Cabernet Sauvignon once we adjusted to the lighter but lovely flavours. The Rose was great as was the red blend which included the Carmenere grape we did not previously know.
