点评：Absolutely terrible organization.
We arrived on time after being informed that doors would open at 18:00 and the first band would start at 18:30. Instead, only ONE entrance was open for hundreds of people. The queue went all the way around the entire arena. We stood outside in freezing temperatures and snow for 45–50 minutes and missed almost the entire first band.
To make it worse, security eventually didn't even scan the tickets because of the chaos. No checks. Anyone could have walked in. That is both unprofessional and a serious security concern.
We were also told by staff that the show would be delayed until everyone got inside. That was not true. The concert started on time while most of the audience was still stuck outside.
This completely ruined the atmosphere and the start of the evening. We paid to see three bands and missed most of one because of incompetent crowd management.
