Jungle Trek and a short trip to the village

点评：We had an incredible experience on our Bukit Lawang jungle trek! A huge thank you to Ridho and Joe for being such amazing guides — they were not only super knowledgeable about the jungle and wildlife, but also genuinely funny and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The bungalow was beautiful, with a really well-kept garden, and it had all the comforts we needed including air conditioning and hot water, which was perfect after long days of trekking.
The highlights were absolutely unforgettable — we saw six orangutans, pig-tailed macaques, vipers, and Thomas leaf monkeys. The jungle itself is just stunning, and the wildlife encounters felt very special.
The food in the jungle was another standout — there was plenty of it and everything was delicious.
To top it all off, we finished the trek with a refreshing cool water raft ride back to the village, which was the perfect way to end the adventure.
After the trek, the locals were incredibly welcoming — they entertained me and even took me to a jungle party, which made the whole experience even more memorable.
Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
