We drove over an hour to come here based on the great reviews, so unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.
There were four of us, and none of us know how to swim. When we arrived, we paid for the pedal boat and were told that a staff member would help us properly put on the life jackets, especially since the straps/loops were loose and we weren’t sure how to secure them correctly.
When we got to the boat area, the staff member assigned to help us was sitting on a bench on his phone. He did not make eye contact with us or acknowledge us. When we asked for help, he simply waved his hand toward the equipment without getting up or making any effort to assist us. We were understandably frustrated, especially after driving over an hour to visit this place.
After we finished, the same employee docked our boat. Once again, there was absolutely no customer service, courtesy, or professionalism. When we asked for his name because we wanted to provide feedback about our experience, he refused to give it to us.
We were told the manager was not on site, but honestly, the lack of customer service from the staff completely ruined the experience for us. We will not be returning and would not recommend this place based on our experience. Horrible customer service.
