点评：First time at this venue as it was recommended.
Amazing venue and a real jewel in Neath’s crown.
Both ladies on the Box Office and in cafe area were delightful, happy with impeccable customer service. But sadly there is a ‘but’. When we went to enter the cinema the young man who was checking tickets acted like he could be anywhere else but work as he was so abrupt. My husband did ask if there was any chance of a smile as it was making him uncomfortable.
We were in the main auditorium which was lovely space. The screen was huge and the sound was excellent. (There are two extra cinema spaces upstairs (the Studio and Pod) both offering extra screens for the latest movies.)
We were sat waiting when movie didn’t start. Another audience member had to find the pre-mentioned young man as it was 15 minutes past start time for movie, turns out he admitted that he forgot we were in there! Film started the. Stopped had to go and find the same man again to restart movie! Another 5 minutes past and people commented that it was like Fawlty Towers! However, everyone did wait patiently.
On exit from movie, we were met by a different young man who’s face lit up when he saw us and thanked us for coming and hope we enjoyed the movie - maybe he could teach the other male member of staff some basic customer service.
Will return to Hall and I would recommend it to friends and family for an affordable night out as tickets were a steal under £5!

电影结束后，我们遇到了一位年轻的男士，他看到我们时脸上立刻绽放出笑容，感谢我们的光临，并希望我们看得开心——也许他可以教教那位男工作人员一些基本的客户服务技巧。
我还会再来这家影院，也会推荐给亲朋好友，因为票价不到5英镑，非常划算，是个不错的选择！
