Misleading pricing, kept payment, never paid the actual tour operator.

点评：I booked and paid $515 online through this company for a group of 10 for the Santa Cruz cenote package. When we arrived at the actual tour site, they had no record of payment and told us the funds were never received. After some back and forth, it became clear that this company is simply an agency that collects payment and is supposed to pass a portion to the real tour operators — which they never did.
The tour operators were gracious enough to honor our tour anyway while attempting to resolve the issue with this agency. The agency promised to send someone to settle the payment at 1 PM. They never showed up.
To make matters worse, the actual on-site price for the same package — 4 cenotes, ATV, zipline, and buffet — was significantly cheaper than what we were charged online. So not only did this company keep our $515 without paying the people doing the actual work, they overcharged us to begin with.
I have already filed a dispute with my bank. I'm leaving this review so other travelers don't get taken advantage of the same way. The cenote experience itself was incredible — just book directly with the tour operators on site and skip the middleman entirely.
