Disappointing and uninspiring brewery tour

点评：I love Loose Cannon beer and was excited for the brewery tour. It was very disappointing. It lasted about 20 minutes - bear in mind it was £30 per person. When we arrived and said we were there for the tour the staff didn’t seem it know it was happening. The guide was filling in for someone on holiday and as such most of the details were half remembered and at no point did it feel like there was any structure or pre-thought or planning to the tour. He spent about 5 mins at the end of the tour scratching his head trying to remember if there was anything else he was supposed to tell us or show us. I sympathised with the chap with having to fill in for someone else and not feeling confident about doing the tour. But a better alternative would have been to reschedule. At the end of the tour you get 10% off in the bar. This is very different to most other brewery tours where getting to try some of the beers is included in the price of admission (which seems like it was in the past looking at other reviews). The discount also did not apply to anything else in the shop, like their wines, spirits and merchandise. Regrettably, the tour felt undercooked and not thought out, we didn’t feel particularly welcome or looked after, and I wouldn’t recommend the tour.
