Hartwegers Ski & Snowboard School的点评
点评：We have just come back from a lovely week skiing in Kaprun. My daughter attended the Hartweger ski school and we rented our ski equipment from them as well. This ski school really does go above and beyond - we were late to collect our equipment due to my luggage being mislaid at the airport, but Freddie stayed late so that we could still pick it up on arrival, which made our first morning getting to the slopes so much easier. He also let my daughter arrive earlier at the ski school on the first morning, to fit in with the private lesson we had booked.
When my daughter was slightly unhappy after her first day at ski school (she was the only English-speaking child in the group), they moved her to a different group the following day without hesitation. She enjoyed the next 5 days with her lovely instructor, Victoria, and progressed so well! It was only her second week skiing, and by the end of the week, she was starting parallel turns and completing red runs!
Nothing is too much trouble for this ski school. There is a lovely, friendly atmosphere about the place which put me at complete ease when dropping my daughter off each day. The team go above and beyond to ensure every child has the best experience. Thank you to all the Hartweger team for helping to make my daughter's week with you so great!
