It's your own fault the birthday is ruined -go away now!

点评：I booked Jack the Ripper for my daughters birthday at short notice. On arrival I was told that my booking time was 3 hours earlier. I'd missed it and there was nothing that could be done. I'd had no confirmation email and no contact from escape live. I had tried to ring but constantly got a voicemail answer. The money from my account had gone through with no issue however. We had planned a whole birthday celebration around this event and travelled by train, planning and doing fun facts research on Jack the ripper which was also a Halloween treat for us as a family. On arrival the staff were rude and very inconsiderate to my disappointment stating it was my own fault, and being very skilled in advising my ways I had caused the issue and that it was my own fault, and making me feel incompetent whilst no skill at all in customer care or aftercare with any offer of helpful solutions. The manager had left for the day and was uncontactable. Oh hang on, they did offer direction to the website for an email address. Which I later emailed a complaint , I was advised my email was incorrect (somehow a comer not a full stop) and they had text me at the time of the booking. The text I found later it read..." This is Robling Statewide, Firmingham" clearly this was illegible and not clear that this was Escape Room and all. I explained to them, I thought this was spam no idea it was esape room. Again, with my complaint I was advised nothing could be done because it was my mistake (yes you have said, I am a mere human being and do make them occasionally). However they hoped I would book with them again in the future. Erm I don't think so. Day ruined and absolutely awful.
翻译：我临时预订了“开膛手杰克”主题的密室逃脱游戏，作为我女儿的生日礼物。到达后，我却被告知预订时间是提前了三个小时。我错过了，而且他们也无能为力。我没有收到确认邮件，Escape Live公司也没有联系我。我尝试打电话，但始终只能留言。不过，我的账户里的钱已经顺利扣款了。我们围绕这个游戏精心策划了整个生日庆祝活动，还特地坐火车前往，事先做了大量的功课，研究了关于“开膛手杰克”的趣闻轶事，这同时也是我们全家的万圣节惊喜。然而，到达后，工作人员的态度却非常恶劣，让我非常失望。他们竟然说是我的错，还煞有介事地指责我的行为，说是我造成的，让我觉得自己很无能。他们完全不懂客户服务和售后服务，也没有提供任何有用的解决方案。经理当天已经下班，联系不上。等等，他们倒是给了我网站上的邮箱地址。后来我发邮件投诉，他们告诉我我的邮箱地址错了（不知怎么的，我把句号换成了右下角），而且他们在预订的时候给我发过短信。我后来找到的短信内容是：“这里是罗布林州立密室逃脱，弗明汉姆分部”，显然字迹模糊不清，根本看不出来是密室逃脱。我跟他们解释说，我以为是垃圾邮件，根本不知道是密室逃脱。投诉之后，他们又说没办法，因为是我的错（没错，你们也这么说了，我只是个普通人，偶尔也会犯错）。不过他们希望我以后还能再预订。呃，想都别想。今天真是糟透了，全毁了。
