VERY poor customer service.
Cheap Thrills Rentals的点评
点评：Had my family with me who had never been in the snow before or on a snowmobile. About half way up the mountain I started experiencing issues with my machine. It would cut out but keep going. We decided to keep going to the first stop as there was no reception in between to call and advise we were having issues. By the time we got to the turnout for the hotsprings it the snowmobile was worse. The hotsprings & landline was another 2 miles. I didn't want to risk it so we just turned around and started heading been down the mountain. The snowmobile had gotten so bad it was dying every 100 yards or so. It took over 2.5 hrs to get back down the mountain. Long story short, we contacted Rachel, one of the owners, and she went out of her way to place the blame completely on us for not having contacted them sooner. Well, there was no cell reception & we never made it to the landline, so exactly how were we supposed to do this? Her blame game went on for about 15 min. So she finally refunded the rental fee of the snowmobile that was having issues even though it completely ruined everyone's experience. I completely understand machines break down. I get that. But this wasn't even about that. It was about being treated very poorly. She NEVER even once apologized for our bad first time experience! Neither did the staff at the gear rental place. I run a business myself and I would NEVER have treated a customer like this, ever. She needs to learn some people skills so next time something goes sideways she can handle it better & defuse the situation rather than exacerbate it.
