点评：I want to preface with it takes me a lot to complain about something. The customer service at the kiosk was absolutely disgusting. The attendant did not say hello and you could obviously see she was getting annoyed that my partner and I changed our mind on our order. We apologized and she just stared at us and didn’t say anything it was so awkward and off putting. Anyways we brushed it off and we continued to be polite regardless. We ordered our meals and she never explained what candy came with our meal and seemed annoyed to explain what options were available. Also she had her hands all over the top of the lids when she was putting them on our drinks it was so strange to me. I’m sorry but if this is YOUR JOB if you hate it so much then maybe customer service isn’t for you. Going to the cinema should be enjoyable. Be kind.
