点评:I walked from St Ives to Zennor. It took me around four hours and was a hard slog in parts, but it worth it. The views are breathtaking. The path is undulating and changes surface many times, the St Ives end is easier going, even surfaces underfoot but after about an hour it gets more uneven, some parts have little streams running down or across the path so it can be a bit muddy and about three quarters of the way to Zennor there is a bouldery bit where you have to climb/scramble up and down across huge boulders. Good shoes are essential, at least trainers, I had walking boots and was glad of them. Some parts of the path are narrow and a bit overgrown so I’d recommend long trousers. Take a hat, suncream, snacks and plenty of water. And go to the Tinners Arms when you get to Zennor for a well earned cold drink.
