Disgusting rooms, but nice staff.

点评：We booked early and got a discount, the slides were fun and the staff were all nice. Those are the only positives of this place.
First off, we had no idea we had to pay just to park at the hotel. It was $20 a day, which is steep and completely unnecessary for a basic open parking lot. Extremely lecherous for a company with already hiked room rates.
Secondly, the room was disgusting. There was a used tooth flosser on the night stand, a headphone left on the table (its charger still in the wall), and the room was infested with gnats. You also needed to wear shoes in the room just to walk around. Our baby rubbed her socked feet on the carpet for less than 30 seconds and they came away black on the bottom. The sprinkler system in the room did not appear up to code.
While they have daily activities, it is the exact same thing over and over. It’s fun the first time, but not after a week of the same story, same craft, same song etc.
The outdoor patio for the room was nice to relax on at night; however, there was significant erosion so the drop off was steep on one side. This ultimately led to an ER trip as our four year old tripped trying to get back up on the patio and broke a finger. The door to the patio was hard to open and close on one side, and the other side didn’t lock.
We ended up in urgent care shortly after coming home as the four year old contracted staph in his other hand. Then in the ER again as it got worse. (Staph has an incubation period for those who don’t know).
We definitely wouldn’t stay here again or even recommend it to others.
Side note: if you stay, if you’re the driver of the car, put the wrist band on your left wrist. They don’t tell you this when you check in so my husband had to gymnastics to get in and out of the parking lot.

房间的户外露台在夜晚用来放松很不错；不过那里存在严重的土壤侵蚀现象，一侧的坡度相当陡峭。这最终导致了一场急诊经历：我们四岁的孩子试图爬回露台上时绊倒，结果摔断了手指。露台的门一侧很难打开和关闭，另一侧则根本锁不上。
回家后不久，那个四岁的孩子另一只手还感染了葡萄球菌，于是我们又赶去了急诊中心。后来情况恶化，我们又去了一次急诊室。（给不了解的人说明一下：葡萄球菌有个潜伏期。）
我们绝对不会再住在这里，甚至也不会向别人推荐。
顺带一提：如果您要入住，而您又是开车的那个人，请把腕带戴在左手上。办理入住时他们并不会告知这一点，所以我丈夫费了好大劲才把车开进或开出停车场。
