Excellent service all the way to the top of Kilimanjaro. What an amazing trip.

点评：Faith was excellent from the beginning with planning. Always very responsive. Always able to answer questions on email and with formal marketing material.
We were met at the airport by our guide, Raymond, a 300+ Kilimanjaro summiteer and taken to our hotel where we had a kit check and briefing. I had a couple of items missing which Raymond sorted for me. We the met the team the next day. Porters, chef, additional guide etc. off to the mountain.
The organisation was excellent. I was advised that East African Voyages look after their people which is important to me. It sounds like other operators do not. All through the 7 Day Machame route trek the team was so helpful, always there, always on time. They were great.
I’d highly recommend EAV. Camping on the mountain at 4000m can be tough. This team did the best to make it part of the enjoyable experience that was summiting Kili
