点评：This is such an interesting experience. First thing to mention, especially in the world today, is that it is free. It walks you through the story of salt manufacturing in the Syracuse area. I suppose you could say it explains salt manufacturing in general but it is more just about how it was done in the Syracuse area. There were several movies that were playing that walked you through different activities, mostly related to salt but also a few others. The salt movies definitely connected to the artifacts in the museum. I walked the museum and then watched the movies. My wife and mother watched the movie and then walked the museum. It seemed to work well either way, I would say it is entirely your preference. If you watch all the movies, you are probably going to spend about an hour but you could get through it much faster, especially if you just look at the artifacts and not read about them. Not sure it would be really interesting to younger kids but definitely was enjoyed by 3 adults.
