Outstanding Service, Wonderful Hospitality and Great Prices!

点评：During our stay in the Ardennes in early October, we discovered La Cave du Vénitien on the very last afternoon before our departure. What a wonderful discovery!
We wanted to buy around nine bottles of Lupulus Belgian Tripel beer, but carrying that much weight back to our hotel simply wasn't practical.
We explained that we would love to collect the bottles the following morning, but unfortunately, the shop would not yet be open at that time.
The lovely owner immediately offered to open the shop earlier, which was already an incredibly thoughtful and generous gesture. But then she went one step further and suggested delivering the bottles directly to our hotel, completely free of charge!
What an absolutely fantastic example of genuine customer service! Such kindness, flexibility and willingness to help are truly exceptional these days. Everything was arranged with a smile, and the solution couldn't have been more convenient for us.
On top of this outstanding service, the shop offers excellent prices and a wonderful selection.
We visit the Ardennes from time to time, and one thing is certain: La Cave du Vénitien will definitely be on our list of places to visit again!
