点评：I have been purchasing jewelry at Jewels by Kris for years - first as a visitor to Juneau and now as a Juneau resident. Every staff members at JBK is highly knowledgeable about their products (design, cut, clarity, value, durability), but low-pressure throughout the sales process. They truly listen to the customer - a rarity among jewelry sales people - and help the customer find what they are looking for within their price point. They answer endless questions, make thoughtful suggestions & provide options - all in an atmosphere that is friendly, funny and genuine to the core. Their prices are excellent & fair, and their customer service, both before AND after a sale, is superb. The word "integrity" comes to mind every time I walk in the store. Jewels by Kris is our family jewelry store and we do indeed feel like "family" every time we visit. There are many jewelry stores in Juneau - but only one that gets my business - Jewels by Kris.
