Its nice to walk around the gardens and the falls.
Konoko Falls & Park的点评
点评：I was introduced to Konono Falls by my accommadation host and my driver. A pleasent day out for a birthday trip.
The gardens were beautiful and well maintained, lovely and cool in the heat.
The waterfall was beautiful , alot smaller than Dunns falls but for me it was much nicer as it was less busier here and seemed a focal point for education with the local schools . This means you could walk around with most of the grounds to yourself and take beautiful pictures.
Overall i would recommend Konono Falls but not to animal lovers .
The sad part of Konono Falls
I read the reviews the evening before, I came so I was mentally prepared. My host wouldnt go into the animal center. Personally I dont blame her, I wanted to see if some of the reviews were correct and they were . Obviously I will not take pictures of animals in a bad enviroment.
They need to desperately work on their animal centre. While their animals currently look healthy, their enviroment is sadly lacking.
The parrots enclosure are in disrepair. Where the parrots ( macaws ) are chewing on their wooden safe boxes , they have been covered. This is rather disappointing to see and shows lack of bird knowledge . The macaws are trying to stimulate themselves with entertainment while keeping their beaks in shape. Sad to see the staff are stopping this. Food and water need more refresh, too dirty. Parrots also need fruit and vegetables , sad to see just a seed mix in their food bowl. Needs alot of improvement if school children are using it as Educational purposes.

鹦鹉笼舍年久失修。鹦鹉（金刚鹦鹉）啃咬的木制安全箱被遮盖起来，这令人非常失望，也暴露出工作人员缺乏鸟类饲养知识。金刚鹦鹉们通过啃咬来锻炼身体，保持喙部形状，这本身就是一种娱乐活动。令人遗憾的是，工作人员却阻止了它们的活动。食物和水也需要经常更换，而且太脏了。鹦鹉也需要水果和蔬菜，但令人难过的是，它们的食盆里只有混合种子。如果学校要将这里作为教育场所，那么鹦鹉笼舍的状况亟需改善。
