点评:We just came back from Santiago a few days ago. We walked from Porto to Santiago, it took us 12 days.
Before booking we contacted several agencies and Follow the Camino was more flexible to answer our needs/wishes vs offering a fixed program.
Everything was super well organized and we “only” had to walk. Follow the Camino also offered a 24 hr emergency phone number that we didn’t need but was good for peace of mind.
Our overall experience that might speak to some: The time is over when pilgrims were walking and stopping where they wanted (at least during busy season). Last year I completed French way and people were starting walking at 4 AM and running to their next step to make sure they get a bed. Too much stress and no longer possible for me… while I admire those that rely on “Camino will provide” I was able to do my Portuguese Camino in a much more focused way knowing I have a bed and somebody took the things I don’t need that day. This year we had not even a drop of rain, last year pouring rain… so our stuff for rain and cold weather was not needed (it was super hot!!!) but one never knows. So happy we had them handy.
Thank you Follow the Camino for all your help in making our Camino memorable! We plan to use your service in the future.
