点评:I contacted Mr. Doi three weeks before our honeymoon to Japan! My husband and I realized how large Kyoto is and how each temple we wanted to visit is not close to one another. Hiring a guide & taxi was an amazing idea. There was only one problem. We were arriving during the height of Sakura (cherry blossom) season and Doi was completely booked. I wrote him back and told him that I was disappointed but understood due to high season in Kyoto and the fact that Japan has recently opened it's doors to foreigners since the pandemic. I also explained that I am partially disabled and could he suggest a colleague from another company. He immediately found another guide with a tax. Hiss friend Akira emailed me right away. I can't thank Mr. Doi enough for recommending his colleague Akira. I sent Akira a detailed list of places we wanted to visit and he took us all around Kyoto starting out in Arashiyama, we were supposed to end at the "Philosopher's Path" but we added on Fushimi-Inari as he told us that it would be very crowded the next day as it was the weekend. So he took us there and it was a fantastic day! We were able to see so much with Akira and he was so patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Doi if you want to see a lot and not worry about public transportation in Kyoto! The day was unforgettable, magical, and priceless
