点评：I was very disappointed with the whole experience. Very rude recepcionist he was not helpful it seemed it bothered him to explain the services available. They have a menu as if it was a Spa with treatments. Upon entering there were children in the thermal pool jumping from the sides screaming and laughing (wonderful if its a park) these children must have been no order than 6 years old.... children pee in pools this is supposed to be mineral thermal experience etc... it gets better... where the sink for drinking thermal water just outside the jacuzzi where we are dripping wet some genius decided it was a good idea to connect an Electric heater right where we walk and drink in Bathing suits it was extremely dangerous . Also hygiene there I think they just pass the mop and bucket and maybe that's about it. The womens changing rooms smelt like urine. It was such a horrible experience the Windows were open everywhere cold air coming in. It was something out of a horror movie. I am sorry to give such a review I was so excited to go and experience the thermal waters of caldes de estrac what a disappointment. If I would rate it out of 10 I would give it a 1 just for location. Everything else was honestly CRAP.
翻译：我对整个体验非常失望。前台接待员态度极其恶劣，一点也不热情，似乎很不情愿解释各项服务。他们居然还像水疗中心一样提供各种护理项目。一进门就看到几个孩子在温泉池里跳来跳去，尖叫大笑（如果这是个公园倒也罢了），这些孩子肯定不超过六岁……孩子们居然在池子里小便，这可是所谓的矿物温泉体验啊……更糟糕的是……就在我们浑身湿透的按摩浴缸外面，用来喝温泉水的水槽旁边，居然有人突发奇想地接了个电热水器，就这么放在我们穿着泳衣走来走去喝水的地方，简直太危险了。而且那里的卫生状况也令人担忧，我觉得他们可能只是递个拖把和水桶就完事了。女更衣室里弥漫着一股尿骚味。整个体验糟透了，所有窗户都开着，冷风呼呼地吹进来，简直像恐怖电影里的场景。我很抱歉给出这样的评价。我原本非常兴奋地想去体验卡尔德斯德埃斯特拉克温泉，结果却大失所望。如果满分是10分，我只会给它1分，就冲着它的地理位置。其他方面简直糟糕透了。
