点评：This was part of our Tour Group Itinerary when we dropped by Vienna.
Our time slot for the program was in the afternoon so we dropped by about 4pm. It is within the building and we walked some stairs down to an impressive room where the activity will be, where delicacies have been baked for centuries
Here we will experience the magical Apple Strudel Show at Café Residenz, where Gerstner, the royal confectioner, demonstrates how to stretch dough paper-thin and fill it for the local authentic delicacies - Viennese apple strudel. The chef was impressive and really gotten our attention, incredibly entertaining while keeping us engaged. Her natural enthusiasm and bring us up as her helper really keep the audience engaged throughout.
Then it was the tasty portion - a little cold and I find the taste average. Others quite like it though.
