Stay away if looking for Party Booking

点评：I was trying to book a birthday party for my son at Dino Falls Adventure Golf, so I visited the venue in person. Unfortunately, the reception staff had absolutely no idea about party bookings. They simply gave me an email address and said they do not manage bookings there.
I found this unacceptable — how can the front desk at the venue be completely unable to help with party bookings?
Nevertheless, I emailed and followed up multiple times, but received no response at all. I then called again, only to be told once more by reception that they do not handle party bookings and that I should send another follow-up email to the same address because they “don’t know if the person managing it is available or not” — despite it being in the same centre. I followed up but still received no response.
At that point, I decided it was not worth wasting any more time chasing them. I would highly not recommend this place to anyone trying to arrange birthday parties or group events. Look elsewhere and save yourself the time and stress.
