点评：We booked a 5-hour private catamaran with Riviera Elite as a post-wedding celebration, and it was truly one of the highlights of our entire wedding weekend.
From the moment we stepped on board, the crew; Vicki, Neri, Omar, and Beto made the experience unforgettable. We were originally scheduled to head out to the reef, but due to rain in the area, the crew was incredibly accommodating and gave us options; either try to push through to the reef or “chase the sun.” We chose to chase the sun, and it was absolutely the right call. They handled everything seamlessly and made sure the day stayed relaxed and fun.
The food and drinks were incredible, and the hospitality was completely unmatched. One person in our group has both celiac disease and a shellfish allergy, and the crew went above and beyond to make sure she had safe, delicious food to enjoy, while being extremely careful about cross-contamination. That level of attention and care meant so much to us.
We also had three photographers join us on board, and Riviera Elite had no issue accommodating them, only requiring the standard dock fee, which we really appreciated.
Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and it’s clear that Vicki, Neri, Omar, and Beto genuinely care about creating an exceptional experience. We couldn’t recommend Riviera Elite more highly. If you’re considering booking with them, do it. You won’t regret it. 🌊⛵️
