点评：We booked the Turtle Discovery and Beach tour through TUI during our cruise.
On arriving at the transport for the day we were met by Queenie (a short version of her very long name). She was extremely knowledgeable as we travelled to our destination. Before leaving the coach Queenie asked if anyone was unable to swim or had any questions. I asked her if I could talk to her personally. She came to see me to allow me to explain that my husband has dementia but would love to snorkel and see the turtle. Queenie stated she would personally look after him with his equipment, entering the water and seeing turtles.
She did exactly that. On arrival she invited me to collect my equipment and leave my husband with her so I could snorkel without worrying. Queenie looked after him throughout the whole trip.
Queenie is an amazing young lady, compassionate and generally caring, thank you so much for helping make the day so special.
