Poor, expensive, rushed, can’t finish a game in the time allocated

点评：Had a terrible experience at Hollywood bowl. We paid £70 for 2 x family tickets (8 people) for 1 game of bowling. We were told on arrival that we had until 2pm for the game (1 hr and 15mins). This initially seemed fine but after messing around with getting a drinks order, we soon realised that this would not be enough time. (75 minutes for 8 people to bowl 10 times is less than 1 minute per bowling turn!). We highlighted this to the staff on reception who said that it was unfortunate but the lane was booked at 2pm so we needed to be gone by then or they’ll turn it off. Sure enough at 2pm, they turned the lane off at round 8 of bowling. After not finishing the game, we went to the arcade and could see multiple empty lanes left unoccupied whilst we were in the arcade. I feel that the time allocated would never have been enough for us and it’s outrageous that they charge for a full game when the game isn’t allowed to get finished. I’ve complained to the manager on duty and to Center al Hollywood bowl customer services and nobody is bothered. Awful experience, over priced, rude staff, can’t finish your game of bowling, would not recommend.
