点评：They charged my (from our of province) mother $18.62 for a small pop and then me $18.62 for a small pop and two bags of candy. We realized after that the girl probably charged my mother for the items I was holding in my hand even though we were checking out separately (I am 44 years old so it's not like I was a kid). We didn't get issued receipts at the counter but we figured it out after we checked our card transactions. This is not okay. She should have realized when I put my stuff on the counter and charged me what she had done. I contacted the customer service and they kept disconnecting us before we even got to speak to anyone. I hope they try to rectify this, after getting disconnected a few times, I contacted the main guest services for Cineplex and have not yet heard back.
