Sadly not a great experience ... over 3 hours to complete 2 x 12 minute sessions

点评：Attended for my sons 11th birthday with a group of his friends. The booking said our sessions would start at 1:45pm and stop at 2:42pm. Perfect I thought so booked a table for dinner at 4:30pm (we live a hour away).
Upon arrival, at 1:05pm 40 minutes before the start as requested we were told that the sessions were running 20 minutes late. In reality it was more like 45 minutes before we even got into the safety briefing. According to the booking we should 2 sessions quite close to each other, in reality there was a big gap and lots of sitting around wondering when we would be going back on. Our second session didn't finish until 4:20pm. So it took from 1:05pm to 4:20pm to complete 2 x 12 minute karting sessions, lots of sitting around, no information or communication. When I eventually went back to reception to find out when or even if our second session would take place, all I was told was that it would be "soon" and not so much as an apology. Given the cost (just over £300 for 7 people), I felt it was very poor and not at all value for money, a simple apology would of gone along way !
Lots of other people seemed to also be complaining and offered free complimentary sessions, we were offered not so much as a free drink!
