Disappointing and Unsafe Experience – Not Family Friendly

点评：We recently attended a family session with high hopes, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing and unsafe experience for myself and my three children.
From the start, it was clear that some of the other drivers (from a different group) had little to no regard for others on the track. They repeatedly crashed into us, drove aggressively, and completely ignored basic track etiquette. What was even more concerning was that the marshals appeared to turn a blind eye to this behavior – despite clear breaches like overtaking under yellow flags, bumping other karts in tight corners, and forcing their way into dangerous gaps.
The overall environment felt chaotic and unsafe. There was a complete disregard for the safety briefing, both from certain drivers and from the marshals, who failed to enforce any of the rules. My daughter unfortunately left the session with severe bruising on her back due to the reckless actions of others.
This could be a great activity if safety were taken seriously. There needs to be far better enforcement of rules and real consequences for those who ignore them. As it stands, I cannot recommend this venue for families or anyone looking for a controlled and safe karting experience.
