点评：Perhaps we caught them on a bad day but I was very disappointed with our experience. It was chaotic when we arrived at the appointed time. We were asked to take a seat - the room was very cold. No one really welcomed us or explained the day. We then sat for an hour while another group did their truffle hunt, why not have asked us to arrive an hour later?
The hunt itself was interesting and we enjoyed it.
The lunch was not what we expected for the price ($125 head). There was no menu or explanation of what each course was. There was a cup of pumpkin soup, chicken on cous cous and cold rice pudding with store bought wafers. We were not offered wine or water to drink with the meal, although there was an urn of boiling water and some tea bags. There clearly was not enough staff to look after the number of guests. Overall the meal had more a “boarding school lunch” vibe than a fine dining experience.
