点评:I sent two messages to this place on their own website two days before our arrival telling them we wanted the 11:30 tour for three people. I also phoned them twice using the business number on their website since they did not respond to my messages that i left, except for the automatic response that my messages had been received.
When we arrived, they said they had received nothing from us. The cashier said that they do not answer calls from phones that are from outside of the country, as if i should have known that. He also said that they neither see nor read the messages that are sent using the comment form on their website, again as if i should have known that.
Apparently the only way to get their attention is thru WhatsApp. I even tried THAT before we arrived but could not find the business, partially no doubt because I am unfamiliar with the app.
If they only use WhatsApp, they should say so on their websitw and not show phone numbers and comment forms that they do not even use. Not only were we not allowed to take the 11:30 tour, but the cashier did not even apologize. Instead he implied that i had not really called them in the first place, which, even if that were true (which it wasn't) doesn't explain why they are ignoring their own comments form.
We had a reservation. They should have honored it, or at very least apologized for the problem caused by their own hugely misleading contact policies.
