Wouldn't return at the price

点评：Visited for the first time yesterday after noticing the free February child ticket on offer.
It still came in at £30 for the 3 of us which I do think is pushing it for a farm, but I did have high expectations considering the price should have been around £50. Initial thoughts, the farm itself is big. However I didn't feel like there were as many animals as expected. Animal feed is £2.50 a tub. Again, over priced. If you have 2/3 children this is clearly going to be a very expensive day out!
Most other things are also charged, the little diggers, £2.50, the small go kart rides outside, same price.
The path on the other side of the farm is extremely muddy, which is fine- its a farm. However it was completely pointless and this was just around a pond with a few ducks, and 1 pig to see.
Cuddle corner is nice. You can stroke the animals at set times. This gets very busy with crowds gathering around each bench. Not ideal if you had children with special needs/sensory issues.
I would say, in my opinion, Smithills farm is much better. And I would not return again with the cost of entry.
