Had to force our way out of this room cause no one was watching

点评：This is a lot of bad about this room. But keeping it simple, there was a room that we accidentally locked ourselves into. All the doors were locked, and there was no way for us to progress. We spent 10 minutes in there trying to get out. There was no way for us to contact the GM; we waved at the camera, we tried talking to the GMs. Nothing. We were stuck in that room with no way out. The only way out was to literally force the door open that we were not meant to open. We then were able to process properly, but it was obvious that no one was paying attention to our progress in the room.
Keep in mind, this is also not a normal escape room; this is a score-based “replay this room” a bunch to try to get a better score. There are things that you will only be able to do in a second play-through (such as hidden things in the wall). Seems more like a cash grab to try to get people to run the same room multiple times. They were not upfront with this; it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Because of this, they have multiple teams going through the same time, and they have to hold you in rooms after you have completed all the tasks if you move too fast. For example, we finished the first part too fast and needed a key to progress. We spent a couple of minutes searching for one, when suddenly one randomly fell from the ceiling. So… 🤷♂️. This is fine to do, but tell us ahead of time.
