点评：Very Disappointing Experience — Unable to Reach the Hotel After Leaving
I initially left a fair review because I wanted to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, after leaving, I discovered that the hotel is extremely difficult to reach when you have an issue that needs to be resolved.
The phone number provided is not in service, and the owner has not responded to my emails regarding a refund that was charged to my credit card. This is very concerning, especially when a guest is trying to resolve a financial matter after their stay.
I am asking the management team to please respond to my email and address this issue as soon as possible. A hotel should provide guests with a reliable way to communicate after their stay, particularly when money is involved.
I have updated my review because my experience did not end when I checked out. Being unable to contact the hotel or receive a response is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
