The whole team is professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making the experience smooth from the moment you arrive. Their ski equipment is well maintained, and the ski school offers lessons suitable for all levels—from complete beginners learning to ski to more advanced skiers who want to improve technique and confidence on the Bansko slopes.
A special shout-out to Velislav (Veli), who is an outstanding ski instructor. His friendly, calm and supportive approach helped me relax and overcome nerves on the higher slopes while steadily improving my skiing. He explains techniques clearly, provides helpful feedback, and knows exactly when to encourage you to push your limits. His lessons are perfect for skiers who want to progress and take their skiing to the next level.
