点评：From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Josephine. I was first offered a refreshing welcome drink, and as I was shown to my table, I simply couldn’t stop marveling at the beautiful setting and the panoramic view of the Andes. In the distance, alpacas were grazing. Everything had been arranged so beautifully. The food was fresh, with most of the ingredients coming from their own garden. It tasted absolutely delicious, and between the four courses, Josephine shared stories about the origin and history of the individual ingredients. I had never experienced anything quite like it and was completely overwhelmed by it all. Everything was prepared according to my vegan diet, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. It was one of the most unforgettable moments of my trip to Peru. The service was very attentive, and you could simply surrender to the breathtaking atmosphere and enjoy the moment.
