点评：If you’re anywhere near the Cusco area, a visit to Hacienda Sarapampa is an absolute must.
We started with a tour led by the owner, and it was one of those rare experiences that was both deeply informative and genuinely engaging. He brought the history and workings of the farm to life in a way that held all of our attention—including our teenagers!
Don’t miss the traditional historic dwelling (especially the guinea pigs—it’s a moment you won’t forget). And then there’s the meal...
The food was beyond amazing—truly a culinary experience from start to finish. Each course felt thoughtful and beautifully executed, blending traditional Incan ingredients and techniques with a more contemporary approach. It struck that perfect balance of honoring tradition while still feeling fresh and elevated.
