Brakes don't work. My daughter got hurt with blood coming from mouth for 45 min.
Attendant there insits brakes are fine. I also didn't find brakes of my car effective.
Other people who want to take ride are insisting that brakes should be checked but manager is useless and says brakes are fine
Attendants are useless. One rider was again and again stopping car on way. My daughter got hurt because of that as brakes didnt work. They don't advise riders that they shouldn't stop car on way. They don't even note that
Rate is too high. Rs 1100 per person.
They should be sued in court for hurting my child. Has their family ever sat in these cars
Ms Sonali Bhandari, the owner, let your family and children drive those cars and see what happens to them and then probably you will feel that pain
Blood was oozing out for 45 min. I have a dental appointment today to get jaw checked. Also an appointment of Physician since shoulders are hurting. And owner has nothing to say but sorry. She is on pain killers. We.went there on 30th Dec 2025. She is on pain killers till today ( 2nd Jan 2026). Spoiled our new years also as we couldn't go out. She can't even turn her left to left / right.
They wasted our day. Spoilt our holiday. And I am now spending money for doctors. No one has time to go to courts. Atleast they should refund Rs 5750 which we spent on activities. You cannot build your palaces on money earnt like this. In foreign countries one has to pay damages also. They have brought foreign concept to India but couldn't bring the right culture.
Don't take our ill wishes. Atleast refund Rs 5750 and pay Rs 5000 for medical expenses till now

他们浪费了我们的一天，毁了我们的假期。现在我还要花钱看医生。谁有时间去法院？他们至少应该退还我们花在活动上的5750卢比。靠这种钱是建不了豪宅的。在国外，遇到这种事还要赔偿损失。他们把外国的理念带到了印度，却没能把正确的文化带过来。
请不要把我们的恶意当回事。至少退还 5750 卢比，并支付 5000 卢比作为迄今为止的医疗费用。
