点评：We had an exceptional time with Colour Lanka. It started well before we arrived in Sri Lanka where Shan and team built a custom tour that met all our needs. We were able to make adjustments and they really listened to what we were looking for and made good suggestions. We arrive in the country nearly 2 weeks after the devastating cyclone. Shan kept us up to date on the latest developments and helped put any concerns we had at ease.
Shan provided details on what to expect on out arrival and was there as promised with a sign, a smile, and a detailed itinerary. It felt like meeting an old friend, and now after 2+ weeks with Shan, we truly do feel like friends.
Our trip details were Hikkaduwa- Galle - Marissa - Yala - Ella - Kandy - Sigiriya- Rambukkana(Pinnawala) - Colombo for 17 nights.
The driving in Sri Lanka is a bit notorious but Shan is a very safe driver and made the trip comfortable. We were always in good hands. That safety was further enforced when we reached the interior hill country. As mentioned the cyclone had affected this area and Shan suggested we alter our plans as there were heavy rains coming and he didn’t want us to possibly get stuck. We really appreciated this and it helped set aside any anxiety we may have had. It was easy to put our complete trust in Shan, he always had our back.
Shan also has excellent contacts in the travel industry and has sourced some fantastic guides. We were extremely impressed with our safari drivers in Yala and Minneriya parks. Like Shan, they were both safe drivers, and also knowledgeable about the parks. We saw a lot of animals, more than we expected.
We would, without question, endorse Colour Lanka to fulfill your Sri Lankan dream. They made a memorable trip so unforgettable.
