点评：Travelled from Padangbai to Gili T. The online booking through gili travel was very easy a pdf ticket arrived with a bar code. However the check in was chaos and had no order. You arrive an hour early for the first 8am ferry early to a car park & open office. There’s hundreds of people no one knows what to do, there’s luggage everywhere the counter doesn’t open until 720am. Eventually they start crossing you off a printed sheet and hand over lanyards, a sticker and printed qr code. Only 1 of your group are needed to be in the queue. You can then walk down an alley to the port where you then queue again to board. Your luggage gets lined up and this is all added on once everyone boards. Once you depart they let you upstairs which has party music and a bar. Very chaotic but once on your way it was great. The return felt easier to navigate. Relieved we didn’t have luggage because it’s chaos when they take it all off & people are all trying to get theirs and get off the port.
