The Pamper Lounge Spa的点评
点评：We arrived for a 1 week stay to celebrate my Mums birthday. On arrival we didn’t get allocated the lodge we requested from the previous year. On the Monday (Mums Birthday) the staff emptied the hot tub and when approached they said we was checking out that day- which was wrong as we was staying till Friday so this spoilt her day as we had to wait for the tub to warm back up. On the Wednesday a family of around 15 people and 2 dogs checked in to the lodge next door, they was very rowdy with speakers on the decking, there dogs was off leads, running around our lodge and defecating while the residents didn't even pick up the poo and had a bad nights sleep the night before leaving as the other lodge was making a racket into the late night. The positives were the politeness of all staff on site and they made us feel comfortable. We had a few minor problems with the lodge but these were quickly rectified which was impressive. The lodge was clean and well equipped but we did notice a few rooms had ants which in fairness we had been prepared for this. Overall enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year, unfortunately with mitigating circumstances we couldn't book before we left but we do intend to.
翻译：我们来这里住了一周，庆祝我妈妈的生日。到达后，我们并没有被分配到去年预订的那间小木屋。周一（妈妈生日当天），工作人员把热水浴缸里的水抽干了，我们上前询问，他们却说我们当天就要退房——这显然是错误的，因为我们明明要住到周五。这让我们妈妈的生日大打折扣，因为我们不得不等热水浴缸重新加热。周三，隔壁小木屋来了一家大约15人的家庭，还带了两条狗。他们非常吵闹，在露台上放着音响，他们的狗也没拴绳，在我们小木屋周围乱跑乱拉，而我们住的客人却连狗粪都没清理。结果，我们离开的前一天晚上都没睡好，因为隔壁小木屋的噪音一直持续到深夜。值得一提的是，所有工作人员都非常礼貌，让我们感觉很舒服。小木屋本身也有一些小问题，但都很快得到了解决，这一点令人印象深刻。旅馆干净整洁，设施齐全，但我们注意到有几个房间里有蚂蚁，不过说实话，我们对此早有心理准备。总的来说，我们很享受这次住宿，希望明年还能再来。可惜的是，由于一些特殊情况，我们离开前没能预订到房间，但我们确实打算明年再来。
