点评：They scammed us with false advertisement!!!!! They charged us for 4 hours of showtime and only did 3, manager was very rude and unapologetic about it. It being karaoke ($22 per person BTWW) that extra hour would’ve given us a chance so at least one of my friends performed, my friend asked the band about it and they said they were only booked for 3 hours even though the event, promo and tickets provided by THE RANCH stated showtime was 8pm-11:59, but instead played til 10:53pm. Contacted manager about it who was very rude and disrespectful about it, kept telling me to contact the bank about it, that she didn’t care and that it was a “misprint” which it wasn’t cause every single promo for the event had the same showtime, didn’t even apologize or try to make it up to us but instead spoke to me in demeaning manner. I explained that had we known it was only going to be 3 hours of showtime we wouldn’t have bought the tickets at all, she basically laughed, $22+ per hour per person for only three hours of karaoke is crazy, no wonder they advertised 4… the crowd, my friends included, found it super distasteful and will not be returning.
