The Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty的点评
点评：Stayed at Russet Cottage, Stablewood Cottages, Lucker, Northumberland. (Next door to Apple Inn)
I paid £197 for one night.
Customer beware: yes the cottage is reasonable and location lovely. But this cottage comes with conditions and they are:
1. You become their cleaner in the morning, with a long list of cleaning duties or they will charge you further. I have never paid nearly £200 for sleep purposes only and then become part of their cleaning services before checkout. It's actually insulting to be treating customers this way.
2. No safety locks on the windows in the twin room, which is where children would probably sleep. The beds are right next to the high risk windows and a child could fall out on the yard below.
3. Lovely view (not) of bins and bar staff smoking at the back of Russet Cottage.
4. Not for the disabled. The stairway poses a high fall risk for disabled people with mobility problems.
5. I couldn't believe we were left half used plastic bottles of watered down soap in the bathroom areas and this was 'luxury'. Even in Youth Hostels they place soap in quality dispensers!
I attach photos of the cleaning requirements and risks.
In my opinion, there are lovely hotels and b & bs around Lucker and the Seahouses area that offer competitive standards, great value for money and breakfast included in the cost and who don't require you to be their cleaner on checkout.

我附上了清洁要求和相关风险的照片。
在我看来，卢克和西豪斯附近有很多很棒的酒店和民宿，它们提供同等标准的服务，性价比很高，而且包含早餐，退房时也不会要求客人打扫卫生。
