A very worthwhile experience

点评：My family had booked me on a Tiger Moth flying experience. Excited and a little anxious (having never had a flying 'experience'), the team was excellent. The ground crew briefing, preparation, and assistance (fitting helment and microphone; getting into the plane) was appreciated. Steve, the pilot, provided a detailed, but clear set of instructions. After we left the airfield, I was provided with a panoramic view of the surrounding area before being offered the opportunity of taking control of the plane. I was surprised at the sensitivity of the controls and reaction of the plane, but with Steve's quiet words of encouragement and guidance managed to enjoy a short period of 'anxious' control! When we returned, and on approach, we came in behind one of the returning Spitfires, offering a unique view of a beautiful aeroplane. Overall the experience was excellent. Staff, from beginning to end, were pleasant, helpful and encouraging. Would I recommend the experience - 100%!
