点评：We were a group of six Italians with Lorenzo who had planned a trip to Socotra over Christmas and New Year. Unfortunately, because of the airport closure around New Year, our trip had to be cancelled and we never had the chance to actually visit the island.
Despite this, we were really impressed by Adnan. From the very beginning he was always kind, responsive, transparent and extremely professional. He kept us informed, answered all our questions and handled a complicated and disappointing situation with great seriousness and fairness.
Even though we never got to meet him in person, he gave us a very positive impression and made us feel we were dealing with someone trustworthy and genuinely committed to his guests.
We still hope to visit Socotra in the future, and when that happens, Adnan will definitely be the first person we contact.
